The specific category we won was open to any business with an internet site including the other shortlisted brands of M&S, Aviva and Premier Inn. While this was a marketing award it was won for work completed across the entire business as we changed the way we speak about our service and embrace the role that digitial content plays for our service. We had a really strong case and the judges said we were a clear winner in the category.
